UDTJ-10 Centrifuge


The UDTJ-10 is semi-automatic. The machine consists of a housing, drive unit, tank, hopper and two sieves: internal and external. It has a work cycle of 210 eggs. Shells should be removed after every 210 eggs, after which breaking can be continued. The machine is simple to use and clean. All elements are made of stainless steel.

Uses ball bearings. Reduces the volume of shells by 70%. Retrieves 98% of egg mass remaining in the shells. Centrifuge is electronically balanced. Washing the machine with the use of pressure washer is prohibited. All parts of our machines which come in contact with eggs are made out of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304).
