GUARANTEED RETURN OF INVESTMENT: even after 6 months /applies to egg mass recovered during broken eggs processing.

Raw Material for Pasteurization: non-standard size eggs, standard eggs, full-value and partial-value eggs that are safe for consumption, egg waste (cracked eggs), pre-expiry egg returns.

Controlling: pasteurization is carried out in an automatic cycle, packaging is semi-automatic, measuring the amount of egg mass – automatic. Washing and disinfecting automatic mode.

Registration and archiving of the pasteurization process – automatic remote process control.

Efficiency: the approximate time of the product pasteurization and cooling cycle depends on the amount of raw material: 175L (3325 eggs) / 3.5 h., 250L (4750 eggs) / 5 h., 350L (6650 eggs) / 6 h.

Quality Pasteurization: long, safe time of pasteurization (keeping) of the egg mass at the pasteurization temperature (standard 20 minutes). Adapted to the quality of the raw material.
