The M-350 set is designed for the production and packaging of pasteurized egg mass obtained in the breaking process using OVO-TECH machines (UDTJ and RX). Packing is carried out using an automatic Bag in Box filling machine. The filling machine automatically measures the amount of egg poured into bags in the range from 1L to 20L. After pasteurization, the mass can be stored in refrigeration conditions for up to 30 days. Washing and disinfection of the pasteurization set is carried out in an automatic cycle.

Efficiency:
the approximate time of the product pasteurization and cooling cycle depends on
the amount of raw material: 175L (3325 eggs) / 3.5 h., 250L (4750 eggs) / 5 h.,
350L (6650 eggs) / 6 h.
Quality
Pasteurization: long, safe time of pasteurization (keeping) of the egg mass at
the pasteurization temperature (standard 20 minutes). Adapted to the quality of
the raw material.
