The machine applies a solution of sugar to the surface of biscuits, prior to baking. The machine consists of a holding tank and three rotary rolls: the first roll is made of stainless steel and is partially immersed in the liquid; the second roll transfers the solution and is made of plastic material; the third roll is made of stainless steel (or is a brush) and distributes the solution on the product by contact.
