Description

This mixer is used for preparation of hard dough and soft dough. It uses spiral blade with double speeds with programmable control system. Equipped with temperature control system in the mixing bowl, jacket over its entire bowl section with free fluid circulation and automatic materials handling infeed connectors. Independent electrical control box containing all power components and auxiliary devices. The control panel fixed on the machine itself consists of speed control buttons and their indicating lights, high speed and low speed timers for automatic control of cycle times, dough temperature indicator, etc. All surfaces that come into contact with the product are in stainless steel. The machine is designed and fitted with safety devices in accordance with current safety legislation.
